As mentioned here and here, since October 2024, I am in Brussels working as a Scientific Officer for ERCEA. During my lunch break, I sometimes like to go to places very close to Rogier, in fact, very close to the Covent Garden building I work in. My favorite place to go for lunch is called PULP. The reason why is that they have daily two types of delicious soups I can choose from and a variety of delicious vegetarian sandwiches. For a soup and a sandwich, I pay around 10 euros.
When I don’t feel like going to PULP (which happens maybe once a month), I go to SERRA, near Hotel Indigo, where for a soup, a quiche, and a salad, I pay around 13 euros.
As a last resort, I also like going to the City2 mall at BUNNY, located in the basement near the Carrefour market where I pay around 12 euros for a vegetarian panini sandwich and a coke. I would have liked that they had soup, but unfortunately they don’t serve any soups here.
